5-star experience! I've use Benedict Taxi about three or four times in the last couple of years and they have never disappointed me. Angel and his staff are always friendly and the process for booking was simple, they sent a reassuring confirmation the day before my flight. My driver was always punctual never have to worry about time; professionalism is great and very helpful with your luggage. The transportation is always clean; the ride is smooth with calm vibes which make it stress-free. I will definitely use Benedict again 100% on any of my future trips. I use this company on a regular basis in the White Plains - Fairfield County CT area. Their drivers are professional, the vehicles are clean and they are always on time. Uber can be hit or miss after hours at White Plains. For just a few dollars more, this is a professional limousine service with T&LC plates. It's great peace of mind to know they are always there when my flight lands - they will track your flight if you provide the flight details. Just be sure to book at least 1-2 days in advance. 5 Stars ! ~ Howard P

These guys are the best. I called this company while searching around for a good car service for my area because Uber and LYFT are completely unreliable and have left me hanging multiple times. During this research I came across Benedict Car Service. When I called Angel (One of the Owners) answered right away. He broke down all of the pricing for me to each and every NY/NJ airport near me. I decided to give them a try and they were there early for pickup, extremely friendly and professional. The return trip was just as good. While I sent the initial text to confirm they are still coming to get me, they replied right away that we are good and will be there at the time my flight lands. When I landed I was met with a text from the driver that was there to get me. I called him for us to meet at a certain pickup spot and I made it home perfectly as well. These guys are very reasonably priced as far as a car service goes as well. Almost doesn’t make sense to drive your own car and pay for parking. It’s that close in price. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Ill use them for airport travel as long as they are available. Great company and great team. ~ Paul R

I personally thought they were great. The credit card fee makes it so you probably want to pay in cash if you can, but we just went to an ATM ahead of time. I really liked how they texted to confirm pick up times and flight information. Drivers were very pleasant, helpful and on-time.
